Consigned Co. is a platform for private sellers to sell their items through consignment, as well pieces sourced globally by our team.
All items go through our strict checks to ensure the item you are buying is 100% authentic and the condition is accurately described in the description of the product.
Therefore, we do not accept returns of any items unless in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We do our best to give accurate information in regards to all items listed on our platform, in accordance with our condition standards criteria.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if an item simply doesn’t fit. E.g. If you believe that an item is not true to size, we will not refund this for you. This is something that is out of our control, as we cannot manage every brand and their different sizing. It is your responsibility to research the brands sizing. We do offer a re-sell service, but a commission is applied.
